2009 Champion's Banquet Info
On January 16, 2010, the MWSS will celebrate the 2009 racing season and its champions. Everyone is invited to join us, member or not. Location: Clock Tower Resort & Conference Center 7801 East State St. Rockford, IL 61108 tel: 815-398-6000 Rooms have been reserved at $89/night, $119/night with 4 waterpark passes. Ask for the Midwest Sprint Series rate. Reserve before Jan. 3rd.
Banquet Cost: (in advance only) Adults (12 and up): $32.00 Children (3-11): $20.00 The program will begin with a reception from 5:00 - 6:30 pm, dinner will be at 6:30pm followed by the awards presentation and prize giveaways and raffles. The banquet will be held in the Wallingford Center at the Clock Tower. Prior to the banquet, there will be a general membership meeting held in the John Harrison meeting room from 3:00 - 4:00 pm. All are welcome to attend the meeting. We will be discussing rule changes for the 2010 season, the official release of the 2010 classes and schedule, as well as renewing sponsorships and taking new ones. All MWSS members for 2009 will be receiving and invitation in the mail soon. If you are not a member, or did not receive an invitation, you may download one here.
